  • VPS access and infrastructure (where applicable)

All services are intended for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account access
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the software or infrastructure
  • Use the services for fraudulent or unlawful activity

Access is granted to a single user unless otherwise stated.

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading futures, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all individuals.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Our products are tools and do not guarantee results
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results

IBLV Automated is not responsible for any trading losses.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • To authorize recurring charges where applicable
  • That subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • That lifetime purchases apply only to the specific product purchased

All payments are final and subject to our Refund Policy.

6. VPS & Infrastructure (If Applicable)

Some products include access to a pre-configured VPS or similar infrastructure.

You agree:

  • Not to misuse or overload provided systems
  • Not to install unauthorized or harmful software
  • To use provided infrastructure only for its intended purpose

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Connectivity issues
  • Data feed interruptions

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and functionality provided by IBLV Automated are the exclusive property of IBLV Automated and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBLV Automated shall not be liable for any:

  • Trading losses
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of or inability to use our products or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or service at our sole discretion, without notice, if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The service is misused
  • Actions are harmful to the platform, users, or business

No refunds will be issued in cases of violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
