IBLV Automated is a rapidly growing financial technology company focused on building professional trading software and automation tools. Our products, including the Liquidity Mapping Suite (LMS) and TraderX, are designed to help traders make more informed decisions through advanced market analysis, automation, and innovative technology.

We're building more than software—we're building a company with long-term vision. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Operations Manager who wants to help build the operational foundation of the company.

This is not a traditional corporate management position. You'll work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in shaping how the company operates, scales, and serves thousands of customers.

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of IBLV Automated. Your primary objective is simple: build systems, manage people, improve processes, and ensure the company runs efficiently so the CEO can focus on product development, strategy, partnerships, and company growth.

You'll oversee customer operations, employee management, internal systems, documentation, and operational execution while continually improving the way the business functions.
